The EU-CIP (European Union Critical Infrastructure Protection) invites highly qualified experts to participate as External Expert Evaluators in the evaluation of proposals submitted for the Open Call Type B.

Responsibilities: If selected, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing proposals to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in the EU-CIP call for proposals. This includes verifying the legal entity’s existence, assessing the uniqueness of the proposal, and evaluating alignment with project objectives, themes, and target audience.

Application Process:

• Submit your comprehensive profile for review.
• If selected, you will be invited to participate in the Open Call Type B evaluation process, scheduled from February 1, 2024, to April 2024.
• Successful candidates will be required to sign a cooperation agreement, including confidentiality and conflict of interest declaration.
• Evaluators will receive assigned proposals and qualitatively assess them based on pre-defined criteria.

Requirements: For the successful application, you should have:

• An advanced university degree attested by a diploma.
• Prior participation in the evaluation of EU-funded programs (preferred).
• A strong background (5-10 years minimum) in at least one of the following areas: Innovation, startups processes, commercialization, business development, validation, and standardization.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of proposals and the evaluation process.
• Independence from EU-CIP consortium members or direct connections to the project’s work.
